longer readable or cemetery is gone.***
Elias Aduddell divded his farm among his four children and one acre was made into a cemetery and to be fenced.
Elias Aduddell will states:
- I devise to my son Elias Addudule the half of my quarter section that is pattened.
- I devise to my daughter Nancy McCartney and Carline McCartney my
granddaughter and their heirs the other half of the quarter section
above mentioned excepting half acre off each half quarter abover
mentioned that I bequeath for a burying ground free to all person and
it to be fenced in and sowed in grass seed and where Daniel Kerns lies
it to bt ecenter of said acre and myself to lie alongside of said
Kerns.
- I devise the quarter section where I now live to my sons Cornelius Aduddell and Thomas Aduddell.
His land was in section 9 township 10 range 7 Northwest of Fairview and Southeast of Londonderry.
